International conference was held on May 13, 2016 at the premises of the Finland Institute at St.Petersburg.

The conference opens a multidisciplinary dialogue between researchers and urban activists from Helsinki and St.Petersburg about possibilities and constraints of DIY urban culture and activism in these two cities.
